Sales In Motion was founded in Germany in 2006 by Markus Ruediger. At that time, the focus was on sales and management training in the automotive sector.
There was then a break in 2014 due to various positions on the corporate side of well-known car manufacturers.
In 2021, the 2nd edition of Sales In Motion was launched with new company locations in Cyprus and the USA. Since then, Sales In Motion has been helping medium-sized companies to solve staff shortages in the long term.
SMEs are at the heart of the German economy, yet many qualified employers are faced with the problem of a shortage of skilled workers.
It is our job to help these companies to shine again and to support their growth by finding suitable employees.
We have been operating our recruiting business in 9 countries since 2022. In addition to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we have successfully conducted campaigns in Poland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, the UK and the United Arab Emirates.
